Did you notice a change in training after the beta patch? Players still improve but not at the same rate.

I think its better in Fm08 . Youngsters in fm07 could reach there PA in just a few years, which is unrealistic.

Thanks for your reply Joor. I am well into my second season and stats do improve. You are right it seems like they have fine tuned improvement of the players.

finished my 1st season. well after one whole season without any changes in attributes my players suddenly got "crazy" and everyone is improving but the arrows are still wrong/bugged, even the loaned ones are improving. oh the monthly coach report on training is also bugged, he reports players that didn't improve and that didn't got worse... i hope i can see some changes during the next season because if players only improve at the end/begining of a season then trainig in fm2008 is ****
