Hey guys.

Do you think it is a good idea to let the assistant manager take care of all the team talks? I suppose the assistant manager should have as high "Motivate" as possible... Any more important attributes?

Man management and motivating are the main 2 attributes. I also like judging player ability and determination.

ps Do all assistant managers just love "do it for the fans"? Its seems to be their recommended team talk 70% of the time. I set my A.manager to team talks but sometimes over rule him.

Mental Coaching as well. Seems like these attributes are linked towrds giving good team-talks.

Then I take it it's a good idea to let the assistant manager take care of the team talks if he's good in these attributes?
