I play a 3-4-3 formation and i have one big issue with it
I create in almost every game 15-17 shots ( except flat 442 and some matches in europe)with 10-12 shots on target but i win with 1-0,(2-0 tops in their good day!)
Why they cant create so many shots on target into goals??
The team creativity is at normal,and the same goes for the players,no1 has high creativity!
My strikers are not world class but they are very good with very good finidhing,composure,off the ball etc..
Any ideas on my issue or help?

are you playing with a high tempo?

Short passing
Normal wide
Easy tackling
Normal closing
Normal defense

the higher the tempo the less clear cut the chances are that you create so you will probably see more off target.

U mean on target but they firing to kill the gk straight on him?
Because they have 10-12 shots on target

yea the on target shots you are getting are still not as clear cut as they would be with a slower tempo. try lowering the tempo a few notches

I reduced tempo but now i dont create so many chances and i have lot of shots off target...god..
