it happens, i remember on 07 some idiots who had downloaded it or used a mates cd and donload a no cd crack were having problems where you would end up paying twice as much as you bid for a player and a few other problems. its clever by si to stop people being cheap and downloading the game instead of paying for it

Yes, it is something si put into the demo, i think, where if you got an illegel copy of the game (Which is usualy the demo modified so it doesnt end) it has bugs, such as this.
