Cheers. It has ben my first real attempt at a tactic and it's one I'm happy with. I want more people to try it on a small thread like this before I get excited and open a whole new thread for it.

| Sorry, I'm not sure how to upload screenshots. However, the tactic is elsewhere on the thread for download so you can see the shape of it there. Sounds like you're doing very well anywhere so you don't need to fiddle.

Rashidi has a good thread on a West Ham designing a West Ham tactic. Got me thinking of a similar tactic I used when in FM05 when taking over a Man City side with all of 3 points and 3 goals with 17 games played! Managed to keep them up on the last day and qualified for Champions league the next seasons. That was fun.
4-1-3-1-1 with sarrows on the R/LMCs. Giggs and Ronaldo work just fine in these roles and have plenty of space to run into. You have good players to use for a free role AMC and either a free role striker or target man. I like full backs who can run with ball and cross too.
Rashidi's thread is good, it will help you design your own instead of just downloading someone else's...other people's tactics never work as well for YOUR team.
