I seem to be unable to maintain a reasonable level of morale in my team unless I'm on a 5 game winning streak. Defenders morale seems more or less okay, but my attacking players seem to be constantly in the poor-very poor region, despite my team overperforming in the league, something I believe is leading to them not reaching their potential, missing quite a few sitters. They react fine to my teamtalks, from what I can tell anyway, but they seem completely unable to have any sort of stability in their morale. Not a single player has "good" morale despite my Hertha Berlin side sitting in 5th place, 4 above season expectations.

Anyone got advice?
