Do determination and discipline influence other attributes over time?
In 08, I read in the manual that determination involves the person's desire to get better. Their discipline involves how effective they are in doing their job/role.
With staff, does a person's determination and discipline influence their other attributes? For example does a scout with a determination of 18 and ca of 6 change as they age to improve their ca assessment (say to 10)? Could the opposite occur (scout with a ca of 15 and determination 3 eventually make a ca of 10)?
I ask because I inherited a decent assman with a pa of 15. His determination is 7. In season 2, I noticed his pa was reduced to 14.
It made me wonder...
I did a search thread, but most of the results were about player attributes and how determination influences their performances during matches.
Thanks for any input you might have.

Do determination and discipline influence other attributes over time? Post #2
I remember reading ages (as long ago as FM06) that discipline is merely a tendency, so if they a rating of 20 and were ever manager they'd be a disciplinary, otherwise I pretty sure it’s useless.
Determination affects how they rate players and their attitude towards them, but I don't know how. I think with scouts, low determination can lead to irrelevant scouting reports when instructed to find a specific type of player. Again this might be out of date, and I’d be really interested to know if this is still the case in FM08.
