Intro
After becoming quickly bored with the standard 4-4-2, I decided to create a tactic with nearly all the emphasis on attack. I was half expecting to get trounced but I held my own and I was scoring plenty and keeping possession.
I tested this tactic with Man Utd and Altrincham and I had reasonable success with both teams. I didn't upload the Altrincham success because it would of taken to long but you have my word for it.

Note
The DC's are the exact same except for one slight change for the left one(the one that isn't shown) should be set to "Near post flick on" for corners.
The forward on the right is the creative type eg: Rooney, while the one on the left can be whichever type of FC you want.
Player's needed DC's: as there is only two at the back and they're playing offside, it's vital that you get the right players here. Vital stats: Positioning, Anticipation, Teamwork and your regular Dc stats.
DMC: wins ball and starts off attacks. Vital stats: Tackling, Passing, Stamina etc.
MCd: hardworking player with good tackling stats.
ML and MR: You have two options here to play wingers or full-backs. Wingers are good on the ball and you won't get nervous when they have it whereas full-backs generally have much better tackling stats. Maybe if your playing tough opp, play your full-backs and then play your wingers against teams you're looking to beat.
MCa + AMC + FCright: they have to be comfortable on the ball with good creative and passing stats, if they're good at long shots all the better.
FCleft: play any type of forward her, if you have a strong type maybe give him HUB.
Analysis
I'm not expecting to keep many clean sheets, that said I havn't conceded a whole lot, but generally I score more than the opposition. On average you should be able to create 20+ chances per match so you're likely to score a lot.
If you find yourself up against a good team or you wan't to keep a lead I usually barrow the AMC to midfield and move the wingers/full-backs to the same level as the DMC and have short farrows going to midfield, I sometimes barrow the DMC to DC aswell.
Alternativly you could use this tactic to grab a goal or If you searching for one and then once you score you could always go back to your preferred formation.
Tried it for a game, drew 2-2 against Arsenal with Man Utd. First impressions are decent, but, there are obviouss defensive errors. For some reason there are a lot of gaps in front of the back-two, and down the wings as well.
Initial hopes are good though, so keep working on it.
Sorry to double post but wanted to say both goals were screamers, and we were actually unlucky not to win. Just re read my first post and it wasn't as positive as I thought.
Right: four matches played... I thiiink I'm impressed, the only dissapointing result was the most recent (Left it as normal), where I felt I was like the underdog when I shouldn't be. I'm Man Utd and:
Arsenal (A): 2-2 - settling into tactic here I feel.
Liverpool (H): 1-0 - Brilliant result, yet poor performance. Lost Tevez for 3 months.
Chelsea (H)LC SF2: 4-2 - Brilliant result, Brilliant performance. BUT, lost Rooney for 2 months.
Aston Villa (H): 2-2 - Dissapointing, but Saha was only just coming back and I had to put Dong and Brandy up front... Reasonable excuse me thinks.
SO, I like the tactic, but still need to adapt to my team, and style of play.
