CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT. I AM IN MY SECOND SEASON AS DERBY I JUST SURVIVED RELEGATION THE FIRST SEASON AND MY SECOND SEASON IS NOT GOING TOO WELL, I PLAY WITH A 4-4-2 TACTIC NORMAL, CAN ANYONE SUGGEST ANYTHING BETTER FOR ME TO START WINNING GAMES

I STILL HAVE ABOUT 20 MILLION TO SPEND BUT WHEN I GO AFTER BIG PLAYERS MY CLUB WONT LET ME PURCHASE DUE TO WAGES BEING TOO HIGH CAN YOU RECCOMEND ANY DECENT PLAYERS AND WHAT TACTICS WOULD YOU USE
