I think by complete fluke i've created a really good formation!!! I'm using the beta patch and i'm currently darlington. In my first season I got promoted winning league two in the process, however that wasn't using this formation! After getting promoted I was really struggling in league one, played my first 5 games Won-0, Drew-1, lost-4. I decided enough was enough and had a mess around with my tactics. Eventually coming up with Lami 3-3-1-2-1. I played my first seven games with this formation winning the lot and only conceding one goal in the process, not bad!!! Teams would get chances against me but they wouldn't score!!! So i'm posting it on here in the hope that you the FM community can try it with different teams, I've only tried it with Darlo so far. Please give it ago and let me know how it goes.

This is the first ever formation that i've uploaded so hopefully it'll be a success!!!

7 games is not a measure of success, merely a positive sign. Really you should try your tactic for a season or two before anouncing your success.

But if you want people to try it, and provide feedback then you should add more detail to the post.

Tell us more about the tactic. How it plays, what kind of players are required ect.

The more info you give, the more interest you will receive.

Point taken!!! However! I'm not sure of what kind of players you need or what kind of style it is!!! I've never went to much in depth with that kind of thing before so people will have to find out for themselves. i will continue using the formation and see where it takes me.
