What is the difference between these two types of arrows, and how do you select (on the keyboard or mouse) which type to draw?

A farrow or barrow will see that player move to the target position when he can. Example: A barrow on a DM to CB would make him get back to help the defence.

To set one move your mouse over the players position on the tactics screen, hold left mouse button and drag to the position required.

DMC back arrow to DC and
DC forward arrow to DMC

A DMC with a barrow will play as a DMC but when possible run to the back line.

A DC with a farrow will play as DC but make forward runs to the DMC position to aid the teams forward movement.

Basicly, you've given the player the position you want him to play in, but the barrow or farrow tells him where you want him to move to when play permits.

barrow happens when your team is doesn't have possession of the ball, farrows come into effect when your team is in possession. I think I'm correct.
