i am afraid norwich are hopeless...
kidding aside, norwich really need a good manager. I suggest revamping the whole team, use a well-known tactic and see if u start winning. it's hard, but would you rather Leeds then?

Read the Championship thread. There's plenty of successful Norwich sides - myself included. You don't need a massive change (anyone saying you do haven't played with them) but does need two or three new players to make it work well.

YES! It is possible! I just came 2nd in the championship with Norwich last night. But alas, now 10 games into the Premier League, im stumped and havn't got a point yet. Its taken me many goes to actually get them to win the championship. I bought a few new players, Aaritalo, Torje, Mardare and a left defender and attacking midfielder who's names i forget.

Hi there, won the Championship with Norwich in my first season, pretty much ditched the entire squad and replaced them with foreigners. Iwanski from Poland is a top signing.
I play 4-2-1-2-1, with flying wingbacks and two defensive midfielders, Iwanski in the centre dictating play and two winger/forwards cutting in from the flanks feeding a lone out and out striker (Bogdan Stancu). It seems to work really well as going forward you are effectively playing 2-5-3, with the wingbacks flying in to deliver crosses, whereas if you need to defend it collapses back to a sort of 6-1-2-1. The DMs are ideally positioned to snuff out counter-attacks, and get the ball to my MC.
That said, i haven't played a Premiership match yet and to be honest i'm not looking forward to it, after spanking the 14m the board gave me on yet more attacking flair. And no defenders.
Still, my mate who has more computing power at his disposal is in his third season with Norwich and they are playing in the UEFA cup it is possible!

Tell me about it, I'm a Norwich fan and we DEFINETLY need 11 new players not to mention a new board.
Dylanismyjesus, how did you get 14 million to spend? I only got given 9.5 after chosing avoid relegation as the seasons goal. Is there that much of a difference between coming 1st and coming 2nd?
