Default Areas available for scouting
Hi, I was using Forest, and had a scout with full USA knowledge, and have USA MLS "playable".

But USA is not an option when I try to choose which nation to scout. There is no "North America" also. I would like to know which factors decide which area you can send your scout to.

maybe your board has set scouting restrictions to your own country or continent?

as forest you probably can only scout UK and maybe Ireland
