After 3 years of trying, finally got promoted to the Championship with Bristol Rovers. If anyone knows of any players (below 30) that might be worth looking into signing please let me know.

After 3 seasons, its really hard to tell you because every game goes differently. Your best bet would be to look at the free transfers obviously and also the transfer listed players (I know its obvious, but people often overlook it. You'll be surprised at how many good players you can find here).

Also, your best bet is to go down to all the clubs in the Premier League and look at their reserves. Every player that is listed as "hot prospect" or "backup" or "not needed" should be available on loan for you. You'll find a lot this way. The best way is to loan some quality signings and have them get you out of the Championship.

I think theincreadiblehulk has it pretty spot on. Also you coudl search for players avalible for loan, this will be much quicker than going through each team.

P.s if anyone asks play Andrew Williams of Rovers as a tarket man at the head of an attacking 4-5-1, he has scored 67 in 3 seasons and worth 1.9m!!!!
