I need a new assistant manager, i didnt renew my previous assistant manager because i felt theres better ones in the game. I want a very smart one who provides very accurate team reports, scout reports (when requested) so i can double confirm, and good man management..

Almost all staffs attributes change game to game so I would just search in game for one if I were you. I always look for man handling, working with youngsters, tactical knowledge and then make sure they can coach something as well.

Ricardo Moniz is usually a good assistant though. Hes a 7* shooting coach and has

19 judging ability
19 judging potential

20 tactical knowledge

I only use asst managers with high tactical knowledge since their coaching the youth team and I always want them to do well to increase their reputation and develop better youngsters.
