Any ideas,start of 2nd season basically got what i want in every position at the moment but have this money and probably not going to be spending any in jan, curent squad

GK- Reina, Carson, Itandje(trying to get rid of)
Def- Carragher, Richards, Agger, Hyypia, Riise, Finnan(trying to get rid of), Barragan, Davidson, Samba, Insua(selling for 10 mill with 11 mill buyback, just incase)
DM- Mascherano, Alonso, Lucas, Poulsen
AM- VDV, Babel, Gerrard, Pennant, Benayoun(trying to get rid of), Mauri, Paul Anderson,
ST- Torres, Pandev, Aaritalo, Voronin(trying to get rid of), Cassano(on loan).

+ reserves if i need cover.

basically playing 3-2-2-1-2 most of the time. Anythoughts on improvements to the squad? got 10 million as said + any money from selling finnan, insua, benayoun and vorinin

No tbh, you've got all positions covered really, if you don't win the prem or champs league, your not a good manager cos that's a class squad.

try for benzema from lyon for striker but i'll doubt you'll get him for 10 mil but do try

won the treble in fist season thanks to a 73 goal haul between pandev and torres in all competitions, +24 from gerrard and 14 each from VDV and Babel ( but got beaten in league cup semi by arsenal ) i was thinking along the lines of young players, been looking at cathcart from Man U and also saivet but not sure who to go for because as you say i have got enough probably, only problem there has been so far, was at the start of 2nd season, poulsen and Alonso out for 1 mointh and 2 months respectivly and didn't yet have richards to cover there if needed so had to tinker formations and wasn't getting results but sort of covered that now.
