I have a screenie below, tell me is this just a sign of ageing from the great man. Tried a couple of lighter schedules but nothing makes a real difference.

they age faster in FM08 imo

had the same thing with juninho, not good, not good at all

Maldini retired in my game age 42..i was hoping to convince him to stay for another season,he dindt make the first team or sumthing,but its just nice having him in the squad

I'm not sure that its all a sign of ageing tbh. If it was physical stats decling, then yeah maybe it could have been put down to age. But I dont see why his mental and technical stats would decline. I think it might be a problem with the training mate. Some things could go down, but stuff like marking, positioning etc shouldnt be declining.
