Just bought Yakubu for £11 million and Kevin Doyle for £8 million after selling Bellamy, who I thought was hopeless imo. Anyone agree?

Currently on target for a top half finish - exactly what I said at the beginning of the season Have a feeling its going to be much tougher next season

Bellamy > yakubu+doyle

not so sure on them signings cass

Bellamy played 21 games and didnt score a single goal. Played upfront on the right. Kevin Doyle came in and scored 10 goals in the last 11 games. Not a bad return imo.

Yakubu didnt really get a chance but will report back during the 2nd season and see if these signings come good.

Bellamy is a very good striker.. when on form.. in my 2nd season before my game crashed he scored 24 in 25 before stopping abruptly and being overtaken as top premiership goalscorer by John utaka despite already having 20 league goals in january.

my signings for the new game.. palacios have been justifying his high price while the other signings are more for the future..

bobby just dun appeal to me.. both irl and in game.. he has good stats in the game but nah.. even ashton in on the bench now with my palacio and bellamy on form.
