Hi All,

I've got 3 sets of background pictures:

a default
backgrounds relating to competitions
stadium backgrounds.

the stadium backgrounds are fine, i.e. only show up on matchday.

default is ok when I launch FM. As soon as I click on an european competition though, and then click, on, say my squad, I keep the european background and FM does not go back to my default background.

Is anybody aware of why this might be?

İnstead of asking try delete the game and install it again

You will return to defeault settings.

You lot ar exactly who I need. I really want my stadiums in the background when playing matches but I cant seem to get them. I have downloaded them and the pics are in my doc/.../fm08/graphics/backgrounds but they are not picked up in game. Show backgrounds is ticked on preferences and I can get things like skins,tactic and player pics but not backgrounds. It sounds like you guys can get them so how?

I downloaded that pack and installed them and they work fine, depending on the skin it seems.

I am using the superattribs_r skin and they show up, but with a transparent white foreground, so they are not very clear.

I haven't been able to make them work with other skins ??

Also I would like to know how to get rid of that transparent foreground if anyone can help.
