I've downloaded a couple of background, kit, logo etc. packs and putting them in the graphics folder but they're not working. Any ideas why? My downloaded skins work.

Have you made the right folders to start with?

Where have you put your graphics? (Exactly)

This is where graphics go, As said in here god knows how many times.....

Logos:

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Graphics/Pictures/Logos

Kits:

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Graphics/Pictures/Kits

Facepacks:

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Graphics/Pictures/Players

Backgrounds:

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Graphics/Backgrounds

Balls:

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Graphics/Pitch/Balls

Nets:

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Graphics/Pitch/Nets

If any of the folders named here are not there, Like Graphics Folder or Kits Folder, Make them then add your graphics.

Then start your game, make sure the Skin Cache Option is NOT Ticked, And the Reload Skin Always IS Ticked.

I've done the folder but it was the skin cache and reload bit I forgot. I'll try it again. Cheers.
