The morale is already shown in "selected", but if you still want to change it, you change the position of some lines in squad.xlm by opening it with word. It should be fairly obvious which ones once you open the file.
To all: the squad.xlm should be put in the skin folder "panels". There must be only one squad.xlm in that folder.

Sorry, i don't really get what you mean. I have attached a picture.
I tried swapping the positions, but nothing changes.
