The few changes I have made is done in the "team squad.xml"

Besides the added coach report features under the selection view, I have forced the game to sort my players by picked position first. That means it will always show my starting eleven at top, then the subs and finally it sorts the rest by position.

here is the file you need. It goes into: CDocuments and Settings\.....\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\panels

Team Squad.xlm

Tried to load a few versions now, but the bg is white, and the font white. So I can't see a thing. Too bad, really like the skin otherwise.
