Bit of a shame it's a emake rather than an original skin but it is a really nice mix of colours. Uses a very similar row style to RS-5.

One thing I really don't like though is the logo positioning. Longer names overlap and just look plain wrong.

I made it especially for windowed usage. On full screen longers names would overlap but in windowes mode, they would fit well.

i like this skin. not to keen on the colours of the players stats though.
the illuminous green for the good stats are easy to see but the colours for the poor to medium stats aren't such a big difference.

also the buttons at the top of the screen
(managers,world,options) could be doing with being slightly bolder. it looks like their disabled.
