Now when you have saved these graphics you will then have to unzip the folders and for this i use winrar which you will have to download. When its downloaded click on the winrar icon on your desktop or wherever you put it and find the graphics that you downloaded and click on it to highlight it.Then click on Extract To and save whereever you want to.
You will then have a new folder with your Graphics in.
Where to put the graphics
You will probably have to create a new folder called Graphics and put them all in here. The folders goes here and then you create the following folders to put your Graphics:
CDocuments and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008 Create the Graphics folder here.
Then inside this folder creat other folders called logos players icons etc etc etc and now you can put the relevant Graphics in these folders.
After all this is done start the game and click on Preferences then Display and Sound and make sure you untick skin cache and tick reload skin on confirm
Then save all this and you may have to leave the game and and then load it up again and away you go.
Also you do NOT have to start a new game. You can continue with the game you saved.
NOW QUIT MAKING NEW POSTS ASKING HOW TO UPLOAD GRAPHICS AND WHERE PLEASE

This simply dosnt work for me, putting stuff in my docs dosnt seem to effect the progam atall, when i create a file called grapichs and put it in the data folder in the program files it seems to work, but the rest of my graphics are screwd if you do that. Would you pleas tell me what files to make in the graphics folder, still I cant see how calling a folder logos is gonna make the cpu reconize what im trying to do, nothing anyone says about this makes any sence atall to me.

just a reminder, the graphics folder have to be created in "My Documents", not in Program Files. I did that the first time it didn't work before I realized I put them in the wrong folder, so I shifted them to My Documents and it works fine.
