if facepacks, kits improves game then surely ball/net does that.
all of these are cosmetic changes, right?

I've got some flags, balls from fmglive.com (before it was down).

But how can a tiny tiny ball and flag that you can hardly see improve the game.
I mean EVERYONE wants to see the players faces and club logos and thats what makes the game what it is.
When you go to a football game do you look at the corner flags, ball and nets and think WOW??

1. There's ball, nets, flags (nation's flag, not corner flags), morale icons, match icons etc. to improve visuals.

2. I personally not at all fond of face packs. I prefer kits, logos only.

3. We are playing a pc-game not in a stadium.

And it's anyone's own game, he can mould it his way.
capice?

most of the time when you have downloaded logos like the premiership pack you can just drop that folder inside the graphics folder and you dont have to worry about creating small and large folders as they will already be inside the premiership pack.

CDocuments and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\graphics\logos\Premiership\clubs

however if this is not the case create 2 folders called small and large put them in the folders that ive highlighted above

I tried to create 'Graphic/Graphics' folder but when i put the files into it and then loaded the game it came up with a blank white screen.

The way ive got round it is to just unzip the files and drop them into

C Programs\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\Date

or where ever you installed the game.

Everything seems to work fine, just waiting for a new skin wooooooo
