I have found loads of examples of how to get rid of the shadow effect behind kits when you install them... but they have all been for PC and not MAC does anyone know how to get rid on a MAC please help!!!!

I have a mac and get my kits from the fmglive forums. You will need to register with them to view the forums first though. This link below will take you the the 'SS08 kits' download the 'default'kit first to get rid of the shadow, then just download the kits you want from the list.

thanks for that, it says the topic has closed though? what did u do with the default lkits when you downloaded them because there is no default folder to put them in?

all the examples for PC i found say put the default kits into the default folder and there isnt one. i know i might be being thick but could someone jus talk me through exactly what i need to do. pleeeeease!

Ok. You download the default kit download to get the shape of your kits right, you then download the kits you want. In your documents folder there should be a sports interactive folder and inside that folder there should be a football manager 2008 folder. Open that folder and create a folder in it and call it 'graphics' then put you default kit and other kits your newly created graphics folder. ok??

ignore wot you've heard about a default folder, there isnt one.

Also most graphic downloads can be used on pc and mac, no difference.

so do u you put the default kits folder into graphics>kits 2?
