think this is steklo's skin which you'll find on here, links to players can be found on sortitsi.net or fmformation.net or also on here

If you check the main page of the Graphics & Skinning Hideout, you will notice, written in *BIG*, even *FRIGGIN' HUGE* letters that threads requesting a specific pack will be closed.
Why don't you ask in that thread?
