| I have a beta version of the tool (I'm not allowed to redistribute it, so don't ask) as I mailed ter about it when he asked if anyone weas interested in it, a while ago. You can still create skins without it, it's just a bit more awkward.

The tool seems easy enough to use, I've extracted and created archives with no problems. I'll have a further poke around later.
