I made a folder in mydocs\si\ called \fm08gold which is where I extract all my .rars or .zips. I then look at how they extract to that folder, and copy (never move) what needs to be moved.

I really don't know how to explain it any better. It works fine for me, so you may think you're doing it right, but you're missing one little step. One folder is too deep, or too shallow, or in the wrong place overall, something. Saying you've "done what it says" doesn't cut it, because if you had, it would work.
