It looks awesome. For me Stone and SilverStone skins for FM2005 were best skins ever created, very clear and easy on eyes.
What about changing colours for yellow and red card statistics, can you try to implement this?
Great job with the skin. Big thanks.

It's based on the colors of the 2005 Stone skin. I adapted that one for FM 2006, but for FM 2007 I didn't have time.
| All excited & downloaded your skin - extracted it directly into skins folder, but when I go to change skins yours is not listed. I did notice that the others had sub-folders; graphics, panels, settings plus the xml file. Bluestone has just 2 xml files - is that correct?

there are 2 .fmf files, no folders, no other things. the game should recognise it.
the folder is this one: C  Documents and Settings\"username"\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\skins
correct?

I must admit i'm having the same problem as JBROWES. I've extracted and put in the same place as my other skins but the game does not recognise it as being there.
Any Ideas?

sure. uncheck use skin cache. 
For those who have problems with their attributes I made a new archive: Download
This is necessary only if your attributes are shown in black and blue.
