Developed a tactic for my Hibernian side, which works good, but they always shoot on sight and if they took a wee bit more time then we would score more goals, what can i do to change this ?

try dropping the mentality of the players who are taking the wasteful chances by a notch or 2 and see whether that works

If you go into the GQ forum, there's a new beta version of the patch which supposedly tones down the amount of long shots.
