Do clubs sack you even if you are considered fans favourite, but you dont meet the boards long term expectations but get some cup or champions league success during those 2 year long term target?

Im curious... i never got sacked but i think i will this time with at madrid they expect me to win the title which is impossible and this is the last year to do it and im already 12 points behind, ;-(

in fm07 i got the sack and won the spl to and i was a fan favourite so yes u do
