Right, due to the lack of Part Time training schedules i decided to try my hand at creating one myself. Ive had a small degree of success and it seems to working in my favour.
The pack includes individual training schedules for:
ST
AM
Wingers
DM
DC
FB
GK
Pre-Season
The things that have given me an idea that this is working are the fact my team seems to suffer from very few injuries now during training and when the assistant manager gives me the end of month report there are never any players on the 'trained badly' list.
The schedules do lean towards the fitness of the players more than the skills as in my opinion the fitness of a player is very important in the lower leagues. If you are not of this opinion then maybe you should look elsewhere for a schedule.
