Still got a few other questions that need answers.

First, I've got an Assistant Manager who has most of his attributes below ten and that is not good for the club I'm managing. What attributes do I have to look for when searching for an Assistant Manager?

Also what attributes to I look for when hiring a coach for set pieces and shooting? I've got 7 stars in other assignments but only 5 and 4 in those two.

Also help on Playmakers. What they do, what instructions would be best for them and what attributes make a good playmaker.
