I know this seems like a basic question, but let's say a play is Very Strong with the right foot, and Very Weak with the left foot.
Does this mean it would make more sense to play him on the Left, because his crosses will curve towards the center, and he plays the ball on the outside of defenders, or should he play on the Right, which would make shots on net more accurate, and passes being played more directly. I can't seem to figure out the logic one way or the other in my head ... anyone able to offer a solution?
I guess it depends what you want your wingers to do. if you want them to cut inside and take shots at goal, i would play a right footed on the left wing, and if you want him to go to the backline and make good crosses, play him on the right
I doubt that wud matter since your players wud ve Natural playing positions, that wud tell you weather you player shud be on the right or left.If u play you players in an Accomplished position, then the better foot wud matter dependin on the Preferred Moves by the player.
e.g Aguero(FW) is stronger on the his right foot, but his Preferred Moves includes Places Shots,so you wud put him on the left cuz that wud give him wider angles to place his shots. On the other hand if his preferred moves were power shots then he wud be on the right to favor his better foot
