Always your training, or use one from one user. Never use the general training that the game has.

Why not? I use it, and it works fine for me. The only time i use a different training regime is when i have a quality youngster or a player who i believe could be great if they improved on certain attributes. Note: there's no point trying to get drastic improvements out of players above 25 years old. It's just not going to happen...

The deafault training schedules are OK and will give you adequate imnprovment. All the players will get a general routine with little or no specialisation .There is little doubt that you will get better results by designing schedules that are more position specific, thereby concentrating their training to their position.
