I don't tend to rotate much, instead choosing to play my best team available. However at times when I have injuries and in this version of FM, tons of suspensions, I have to call on my reserve players. Problem is they always seem to be lacking fitness or severely lacking fitness. Even when they are in my reserve squad. So I end up having to play unfit players. Is there any way to ensure they do actually play the reserve games or stay fit short of giving each 10 mins at the end of most games? Thank you for very much.
