Here is tactic I have been using with FM 2008.



Here are team instructions:




The AMC and center FC are targetman (mixed).

The center CB is playmaker (just for fun )

The center CB, AMC and center FC holds up the ball.

All players have team mentality, creative freedom, passing style, closing down and tacking.

All players also have tight marking.

This tactic has been in constant development, and now on my 4th season in Newcastle things look good as I'm leading the Premier League after 13 games, 9 2 2.

I made a defensive 5-1-2-1-1 tactic incase AI goes 4-2-4:

Because this is a narrow tactic it helps if you have a narrow and short pitch.
