when i try to download a tatic it won't let me save it. i go to football manager 2008 and then to the tatics but it won't save. all it says is open. it also says the file type is application please help

Is it in the form of a zipped file that needs unzipping by any chance?

If not then it should simply be a case of clicking on what you want to download and when you get the option to download it there should be an option to save.

Save it to My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Tactics.

It should then appear automatically in your game.
