I Cannot Do The Training
Does Anyone Know Coaches That Will Give Me 7 Star Ratings ??

im needing help with the training aswell, the youngsters ratings never seem 2 go up much the same with the first team. av tryed moving the training bar up an down from medium 2 hard that doesn't seem 2 help, usually i auto assign the coaches 2 training but the star ratings arent always 7 star on all of them i can assign them myself so they are all 7stars but then when i check the the players a month or 2 later its shows up in players training screen they have red arrows like the training isnt working at all.

any1 know the best way 2 set the training 2 get the best out of the players?

if you train your players too hard it offers no benifit in the long run. Thats why i go for the train light program and let them increase over time instead of burning them out.
