Have no tactics for you per se, however, due to the lack of wide players (and strikers) and the abundance of good DM's I would go with a narrow formation when using Milan.
It's also wise to just go with a lone striker and have Kaka sitting behind him. I found results easier to come by when playing away from home simply because they have good defensive players, so I'd set them up as a defensive unit rather than an attacking unit.
Believe it or not, Milan are actually quite a difficult club to manage in the first season.
