I'm about to embark on my first FM2008 career and would like to start with a Championship side which i can hopefully take to the Prem in 2 seasons. Which is the best team to attempt this with? also can you also tell me a shortlist of players to buy and loan to help achieve this? Thank you!

blackpool .. great young side .. just need to sell forbes ,taylor-fletcher and morrel and you will be good .. and play hoolahan , he is amazing !
