Is Carlos Vela good enough for a regular first team place beside Agüero in the 2nd season? His stats don't seem to be that good and he's only 19 after all. Nor is he labelled a wonderkid. Of course I could use him as back-up, but in that case I think I'd rather send him out on loan since I think he is going to become a great player and I want him to get as much match practise as possible.
Dont send him on loan. He doesnt reach his full potential when on loan to a small club. Keep him and give him games in the FA Cup, Carling Cup and a few in the league which you think are easy games. He should get around 20 games by the end of the season this way. That'll be good enough and he should be ready the next season. Bring him on as a sub as well in some games. Not good enough to start just yet but with the right training and a little experience he will be. He was a started for in my second season coming into Jan. He'd got a little experience and had developed rapidly. Great little player.
i played him at start of season ni preseason games, but sadly got injured for 2 months once back scored a hat trick against fulham and to follow that up in CL comes off the bench to get an assist and a goal against lazio. this is my second season and im fascinated by his ability. NOTE** He's labelled a wonderkid, look to get a player to tutor him
i would send him on loan to another epl side if possible and use the option to recall him and dont let him play in cup competitions and then if hes doing well u can bring him back and if not you know hes not good enough yet
vela is one of the best strikers in the game. .
2nd season e's worth 10million-ish. . . play him in first or fringe player!!!
by 3rd and fourth season he is worth 30 plus million!
I hope so! I've read elsewhere that his PA is -10 so with the right training/tutoring he could be. I'm starting 2nd season now and throwing him into the first team squad... bye bye Eduardo!
