Hi guys im currently glasgow rangers i can attract a not to bad talent base but financially i cant afford anyone over 2 million.
could you guys recommend any players looking for 1 defender 2 midfielders and 2 strikers.

Henri Saivet,he's a youngster so you will have to let him develop for a few years but definately one for the future!!

Yep, Saivet & Aaritalo can be picked up for under £1mil combined.
Other than that you're going to struggle for real "world-class" players on that kind of budget.

not so much world class im happy to breed young blood for a few years and accept not winning much but i want lads who can develop and be kept for a long time or sold for a huge profit thus allowing me to spend more on better players lol

Banega can be picked up for around 2.2M. Saivet and Aaritalo like said. Piatti costs peanuts. Wijnaldum is free (compensation required). Joao Carlos is a GK with a lot of potential. A LB who you can get for maybe a shade more than 2M is Armand Traore.

i picked up the following players all for under a million and they all played an integral role in the first team:
aaritalo - Sold him third season for 17.5 mill to Juve
Barazite - Sold him fourth season to Barcelona
Edgar Andrade - Rapid MRC who i trained to play on the wing, now worth 7 million
Dalla Valle - have to be more patient but 5th season he's scored 12 in 20 from midfield

lehtovarra - gk - can get him for about 5k
aaritalo - amrl/st - 500k bags of goals
cahais - dlc - 2mill, really solid defender and quite good in a defensive lb role
banega - dmc - -10 potential, says it all really
dzusdzsek - amc - superb player, really cheap as well. carefull Murray doesn't sell him from under you though.
piatti - amc - 50k, worth 10million in a couple of season

piatti - amc - 50k, worth 10million in a couple of season is a god i signed him to begin with and want to marry him lol
are players more likely to sign perm if they have spent a season on loan with me.

aaritola obviously- only 50k tho im my game
tarik elyounoussi- around 400k- was getting overs of 7 million plus in my sunderland game in second season
kristoffer haestaed- 500k- sold him for 10 mill in second season
