Well you're asking for trouble when you play a RB as CB arent you? What the hell is Eboue doing as a CB mate?? You might as well get Bramble back if you want to play him there. He'll cost you a lot less than Eboue.
Anyway, sorry for the rant but that did take me by surprise. Ok, you need to change your formation drastically.
Firstly, play Eboue at RB. He's much better than Geremi. Secondly, Faye comes to CB. If you'v retrained him, then fine. Get Felipe (Udinese) for CB. Excellent and cheap at around 5M. If you've not retrained Faye, get him to play CB and get a LB. There's a lack of quality LB's sadly but Traore is a great little one. He's still very young so you'll need to give him time to develop. But get him as he'll be expensive later. If you still have money, get Cesar Delgado. He's a great little striker. Quick and will get you goals. Also, get Baptista on loan. He'll give you cover at DM, MC, AMC and ST if needed. You can also get Adriano on loan from Inter if you desperately need a striker to get you goals. Your lack of funds at the moment means you'll have to get some people in on loan rather than buying them. Next season, you can think about purchases. I think with all those players you should have enough to do well in you season. Make sure you offer Owen a new contract with the same salary etc so that you can get rid of his release clause of 9M. You'll regret it later. :thup:
But in all honesty, I recommend restarting the game and not selling Martins firstly. Then, get Ignashevich to come. He's free at the start but a lot of interest in him so it needs to be straight away. Then you can go from there. Good luck. :thup:
