When you see a players potential ability. do you have to do anything to get them to this. e.g special training or anything or do they just develop naturally

1. Use your experienced played to tutor the younger ones.

2. Play them in matches

3. Ask the board to upgrade youth and training facilities.

Well the right training is always necessary. But mostly they just develop as they play more games. But you need to train your players to their strengths. For eg, you wouldnt want you striker to develop in his marking and tackling stats for no reason now would you? Hence you'd give them less defence training. So on and so forth.
