I have started one with Northwitch Victoria, but I'm looking at my team and I don't think that there is any point in making my tactics complicated for my weak players. I haven't started the season yet (don't dare) but I was thinking of keeping everything simple. Maybe changing my team mentality depending on opposition and been home/away. And have my DL on 8 and CD on 12. Having tight marking away, and thats it for TI. Then matching my PI to their ability. Has anyone had any success on FM08 from the Conf? and just a bit of advice please! Or do you think my idea could work, just to keep it simple.
