It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

SO... played with your tactic 19 games. Am with Antwerp in the top league of Belgium.
Result: Won 5
Draw 5
Lost 9
Scored 26 conceded 28

I must say this tactic is really nice to see as the team plays nice flowing football, nice quick passes in the midfield BUT lost so many games ( only with 1 goal difference though..)

What should I do? Try one more season? or..
Any tips for the new season then?

Question to the TS:

Do you change your setup for away games (do you play defensive counter football for example(, or do you just leave it as it is?

This tactic works very good for me. I am with CSKA Sofia and last season i made 26 games unbeaten run with it. The only probelm is that when i play in the European competitions with average or little above average teams i often lose. I think i have a bunch of good players, not the best that i want, but they are ok. Any ideas for improvment?

as mentioned above, work rate is very important. i had 2 wins in 17 games, was about to get fired, than i bought some new players with high work rate, a am with good tackling and finished 4th. season 2 went even better, no loss, only 8 goals conceded.

I've been playing this with West Ham, about three quarters into the first season and with a few adjustments, have been tearing up the premiership!

I have put tight marking for my DR, DL and DMC and decreased the mentality by a small amount throughout the team. The target man striker always has a short barrow directly down. For away games i have been playing 2 DMCs, both sunk close to the DCs on the formation. However the now 2nd DMC - don't change his instructions much apart from less attack mentality and draw a farrow to the centre of th pitch. Have won every game so far, almost always by 2 goals, with the exception of a loss at home to Man Utd (had a complete off day and lost 4-1), however this was towards the beginning of the season. The only other thing i change is occasionallt focussing passing to the wingers and using a target man (Zamora) when i want to change a game a bit. I did change someone closing down but i can't remember how it differs from the original tactic.

Can't beleive how well they're doing

Further to my post, i only change to the more defensive away tactic if the team i'm playing are one of the stronger ones, the 'normal' one i mentioned is fine for away games at lesser opposition.

I would just like to thank you for this tactic. I've tried about 15 different uploads on this forum and yours is by far the best.

I'd recommend this for anyone struggling at any standard. Conf South to League 2 in 3 seasons, good work Sir.

started really well, with juventus. first game, won 6-0 against udinese. ok, begginers luck. second game, 7-1 won, against lazio - ok, this tactic got's my attention.

the folowing 10 or 12 games, I destroyed every single defence of the SERIE A, but now... they caught me. 20 shots on target against parma, 0-0.
12 shots on target against cagliari, 0-0. and now, 14 shots on target against genoa, scored 0, they had 2 shots, scored 1... at my Home!!!
anything to solve this, or is it just coincidence??

So I started a new season, kicked some guys out who didn“t have got work rate and...10 games unbeaten winning with 6-1, 3-0 and so on . Going very very good EXCEPT the fact that I have out of the 10 games maybe 4 times 0-0. Any tips for that?
