Hey!

Struggling with leeds, boards aims are league 1 winners but for the last two years I have finished 6th and 4th losing in the play offs both times (damn you argyle!)

yet to find a tactic that works well for my team, i'd say im one of the top teams in the league but fail to play like it lol, does anybody have a suggestion for a tactic to play? I guess it's difficult without knowing my team players statistics but hopefully somebody has a good tastic suggestion for a team hoping for promotion. thanks

As Leeds are a very good side you could play more expansive football in that division. Without knowing you lineup or players at your disposal its hard to give you any advice.

But from my point of view get your grounds man to widen the pitch to max, play with wingers something like a 41221 or 442.

If you want more help you will have to post more information. If you notice how your conceding goals that would help too. eg. from crosses or over the top passes

This is my current first team, I am in the third season and due to struggling to gain and playing badly promotion I have had a bit of a clearout! wouldn't usually have such drastic changes but I feel the team needed some good youngsters in that can develop into something good!

I have changed formations so many times but used this one mostly, tried new training schedules to see if that was the problem. No changes seem to have effect, struggle against poor opposition with lack of goals. Andrade has 19 for finishing has scored 4 goals in 22 appearences lolololol, I see 'high and wide!' 'hangs head in shame' 'that was a sitter!' 10 times a game

Not looking terribly but results are close and scrappy, even against the relegation battlers. One win every two games wont get me promotion

One thing I notice is the age of my squad is extremely young, but more experienced players have done no better. What do you think could be the problem for my general poor play? all help appreciated!!!

Try the tactic in here it helped another manager win 9 in a row and get promotion via the playoffs to the Prem with Leicester.
