Basically there is no sure fire way to use team talks - different personalities react to what you say in different ways.
All you can do is make notes of any reactions you get ie if someone is playing poorly they might react well to "disappointed" while another player is more motivated by "you have faith"
"For the fans" is a neutral teamtalk - it has no effect on player performance and should be used in 90% of cases so that when you really need to up your players performance (to get out of a losing streak or win a vital match) they will actually listen to you when you say something different.
Dont forget that saying nothing is not neutral and can be just as effective as the other options.
